Welcome to Belly Sprout ~ Holistic Living for Mothers & Families

Belly Sprout is, first and foremost a COMMUNITY where nearly 7 years ago there was nothing locally except a variety of moms clubs. A COMMUNITY which has always opened its arms to women and their families regardless of where they came from to honor and support their journeys along the way. A COMMUNITY that held and embraced the mothers of this region as they went through painful transitions ,where tears flowed within a safe environment and where laughter and connection have reigned supreme over commerce and clerking.

Belly Sprout is…EMPOWERMENT through education and awareness which is not about the products that you buy but the movement that we share, the activist in all of us mothers as we reach for the stars set on making a difference in the lives of our children, present and future. EMPOWERMENT to learn that our voices bellow for what we know to be true and that information truly is powerful in the choices that we make for the health and wellness of humanity and the earth that we occupy.

Belly Sprout is…FREE of all judgment against other mothers. Authenticity is in our truth as we seek higher ground in all areas of our lives, reminded that we are human and that falling on occasion means that someone else in our COMMUNITY will hold out a hand to pick us up.
