Returns And Conditions of Use

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you need to return an item to Belly Sprout, you may do so within 15 days of receipt of the item. Please call us to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) which enables us to track the return.
You may only return unused items in their original resalable condition for an exchange or refund (Shipping charges are not included). Used or washed items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Certain products such as Breast pumps, diapers, diaper covers, training pants, pull-ups, potty, toilet trainers, eating utensils, blankets, all cosmetics, bath and fabric items are considered personal use items and are not returnable once opened due to hygienic reasons.
Sales are final on ON-SALE marked-down items and cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL Damaged items are exchangeable. For ALL defective items, please contact us and we will help you contact the manufacturer directly for a refund. Again, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Cosmetics and other health products may be returned and refunded once opened if allergies or other problems are found. Each company has different return and refund policies and we will make every effort to work with each individual customer to provide the appropriate information so they can resolve any possible complication.
As a distributor, we make sure that these products are both safe and meet ours and your high expectations for safety, environmentally and labor sound practices. However, we do not provide a product warranty which is the ultimate responsibility of the company that produces and markets each item. |
